3/4 10:50 a.m.
- Called multiple plumbers but non of them has inventory on hand, they can get the inventory supply on Monday.
- Another plumbing company checked the existed boiler but could not repair it successfully.
- Current boilers capacity is 400 btu, but it's not enough given our usage increase, and the overheating will happen again. To fix the issue all at once for long term, we need to install boilers with bigger capacity
- New boilers will be available on Monday and could be installed once the board/management company approve the quote.
3/3 10:10 p.m.
New pipe spoken to all their suppliers and have confirmed they have nothing larger than 400 but in stock and those are in Stockton. It's more likely NPI won't be able to locate the larger boilers we need to meet demand until Monday.
The board is approaching to other plumber companies and seek second opinion if we can repair the existed boiler on Sunday.
3/3 12:20 p.m.
So at this point one boiler has at least a blown tube bundle. We have changed every part on the other boiler and it still will not fire. I believe it may have been damaged when the first boiler over heated.
New Pipe is trying to source two new boilers today. It might be very challenging to do over the weekend.

On another note the hot water won't be on tonight. They had one boiler running and it blew out a hot water pipe hat had melted components they won't be able to get til tomorrow. And it gives time for the room to air out and dry as when pipe busted water went bursting all overshot steaming water ....
