MERIDIAN WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Clubhouse Rules
Revised 01-01-96
1.
Maximum occupancy for dancing is 158, maximum
for dining is 74.
2.
No person under the age of 21 will have access
to the clubhouse unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supervising
adult.
3.
Noise shall be kept at a level that respects all
the residents at Meridian woods. Music shall be kept at a low level.
4.
Doors must be kept closed if using the air
conditioner or heater.
5.
Sofas, chairs, tables, plants, pictures, and
other furniture are to remain in the clubhouse.
6.
Pools, restrooms, BBQ area may not be reserved
but may be used in moderation by guests of the renter provided it does not
interfere with the free enjoyment of these areas by residents.
7.
No decorations are allowed on the walls.
Damaging fasteners are not permitted if decorations are hung from the ceiling.
No tape, pines or staples may be used for decorating purposes on the walls or
ceiling.
8.
Liquor is not to be sold or served to minors.
9.
Smoking is not allowed inside the clubhouse.
10. Wet
swim wear is not allowed inside the clubhouse
11. Pets
are not allowed inside the clubhouse unless registered to aid the handicapped.
12. Clean
up must be completed before vacating the clubhouse.
13. The
association assumed no liability for accidents, injury or theft of personal
perperty.
14. Parking
rules apply available to guests in unassigned spaced only.
15. Any
stains on the carpet can only be cleaned by a professional dry cleaning
service. No liquid cleaning materials may be used to clean the carpet stains.
Addendum to
meridian Woods Homeowners \Association Clubhouse Rules
March 23, 2000
1.
All food and trash must be removed from the
clubhouse at the end of your rental period. Failure to do so will result in the
loss of your deposit.
2.
All trash cans must be relined with the
appropriate trash bags. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your
deposit.
3.
Any violation of the clubhouse rules will result
in the user being charged for the cost to repair/replace or enforce this
agreement.
Addendum
April 2017
1.
Each rental requires a $50 non-refundable
deposit, and $150 deposit which is refundable if no damages were caused or mess
was left in the clubhouse.
2.
Each homeowner can have no more than one
reservation at a time.
3.
Only Homeowners who are current on their dues
can rent the clubhouse.
4.
Tenants need to ask the Homeowner to reserve for
them.
5.
